If your student is a 7th grader you will need to provide the immunization Form. See belowsample of immunization 

You can print off these forms, complete the online enrollment, and bring all required documentation to the school on July 22nd anytime from 9AM -2PM


New students will also be required to come to one of the Catch the Wave Nights depending on your grade level. July 27th=6th graders, July 28th = 7th graders, and July 29th = 8th graders. 


We look forward to seeing our new students on July 22nd and again on one of the Catch the Wave Registration Nights.
