Builders Club

What Is the Builders Club?

Builders Club is a coeducational service organization that provides young people in middle school the opportunity to help others, serve their school and community, and build a positive future for themselves. The young students develop and carryout service projects for their school and community. They may also participate in fund-raising projects to help support local charities, community needs or school concerns.

The Builders Club elects their own officers, holds a monthly meeting, attends local Kiwanis Club business meetings and participates in at least one service project monthly.

Shafer Middle School's Builders Club meets the second Tuesday each month at 7:00 AM in the Teen Living classroom 112.

Our school sponsors are Emily Alexander and Kali Shadday.

Objectives :

To provide opportunities for working together in service to school and community
To develop leadership potential
To foster development of a strong and moral character
To encourage loyalty to school, community and nation
