Art Club

Art Club is an after school club open to Shafer students in grades 6-8 who want to learn more about art. Since meetings take place after school, any student (including those in band or chorus) is eligible to join. Meetings are typically held Thursdays after school and will last until 3:30 or 4pm. Students must have a ride arranged to pick them up on time. Students are expected to follow all school rules in Art Club and must remain on their best behavior. Art Club usually meets one to two times per month and is free to join.

Past Art Club projects have included origami, painting, clay, crayon etching, creating a banner for the Black History Month program, and much more. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
