Yearbooks are on sale on the web now for $30. Namestamp & icons will also be available for an additional fee. Please note that the cover shown on the website does not represent our actual yearbook cover, and that they may charge a small convenience fee at checkout.
Yearbooks will arrive in May, but if you wait until they are delivered to purchase, you will be charged $35, so it pays to buy early!

DISTRIBUTION OF ALL MATERIALS IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF DISTRICT
ADMINISTRATION
The following criteria will act as guidelines for consideration of all materials
submitted for online distribution:
- All activities or information should be educational in focus and support Sumner County
Schools’ goals and mission. Activities which have a parent or teacher education focus will
be considered if directly contributing to the educational needs of the students. - A request will be considered if the following apply to your organization. It is: a Sumner
County civic or intergovernmental agency, a non-profit higher education institution located
Tennessee; a registered non-profit organization; an official school-business partner. - Distribution of materials for commercial organizations other than official schoolbusiness
partners will not be permitted. School-business partners may only promote those
events which meet an educational focus for our students, teachers, or parents. - An organization may be asked to submit a rationale seeking permission to distribute
materials. Verification of non-profit/ not-for-profit status will be required at time of
submission request and kept on file for future reference. - Activities should not conflict with public tax-supported efforts already in effect.
- Activities should have a community-wide appeal and be significant for the portion of the
population served by the boundaries the school or district - Applications should be made fourteen days prior to the desired distribution date and one
copy of the proposed announcement must accompany the request for distribution. - The following disclaimer MUST be included on each flyer: "The distribution of this
information and materials through the school district does not imply Sumner County
Schools’ endorsement." - The district will not approve anything that requires solicitation for local service
organizations. The district will not participate in the collection of money or pledges.
